Thank you for confirming your exhibition and/or sponsorship at Transportation 2020. So the event runs smoothly, please ensure you read the following information.

Health and Safety

The following declaration must be returned to Harding Conferences by Friday 7 February.

Delivery of your CONFERENCE BAG INSERTS

If you would like to provide material to go into the conference bag such as a pen, pad or alternative gift, please advise by Friday 7 February.

We require these to be delivered to Harding Consultants, not to the venue.

Deliveries for conference bags must be delivered by Friday 6 March using the following label.

Delivery of YOUR EXHIBITION BOOTH MATERIAL

A freight forwarder must be used if you are planning to do any of the following:

· Get freight sent to the venue in advance of the pack in day /times and/or

· Leave freight at the venue for collection after the event and / or

· Get LARGE freight items delivered (i.e. larger than can be carried in your hands) or anything requiring a forklift or pallet jack

Alternatively, Vbase allows exhibitors to bring their own items to the venue provided that:

· Freight items must be able to be carried in your hands

· All freight must be taken offsite by the exhibitor at the end of the event (any items left behind will be disposed of)

· Freight will only be allowed during the dedicated pack in or pack out windows.
Delivery or drop off of freight outside these times will not be permitted.

· The freight cannot contain any dangerous goods
